New Systems at Micron for Lab Visits made easy
Printing
Documents and photos often need to printed during lab visits. To make printing easy, QR codes have been added to laboratories and conference rooms for quick printing.
1. Scan the QR Code to access the email contact
2. Attach documents and specify the # of copies needed
3. Hit Send
When the prints are ready to go they will either be dropped off in the lab, or you will receive an email to pick up prints at the front desk. It’s as simple as that.
Tip: If Photo’s need to be reviewed prior to printing send pictures via email, Include “To Be Reviewed” in the Subject line and head to the front desk to review.
food allergies
Allergies and medical diets can be tough in group settings. Let us know about any food allergies or medical restrictions before lunch time so we can adjust, especially when ordering group lunches.

b. Scan the QR code to access the email, include your allergy or medical restriction and hit send.
Office navigation
Office navigation can be tricky if you are not familiar with the building. Due to COVID we have also added some new conference rooms available during inspections.
New signs around the building will help clients navigate rooms and learn their way around.
Remember to wear a mask
A face mask will be required to enter the lab. Please bring a mask. If a guest arrives without a mask Micron may provide one or ask the guest to return at another time with proper protection. This is for the safety of all staff and guests.
Sanitize hands before entering
Hand Sanitizer will be provided at every entrance. Sanitize your hands before entering the lab to keep surfaces clean.Common areas will be wiped down regularly.
Social distancing
Please keep a 6ft distance between guest and staff to protect from spreading germs.
